One man was taken to a hospital and another was arrested Saturday following a hit-and-run vehicle crash on state Highway 500 in Vancouver. According to the Washington State Patrol, two vehicles, a Dodge Durango and a Mazda pickup truck, were traveling west on the highway approaching 137th Avenue when the Durango rear ended the pickup at about 3:55 p.m.
