The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says several roads are closed due to flooding, primarily in south-central and southeastern Oklahoma. The National Weather Service has issued flood warnings and flash flood watches for several creeks and rivers in southeastern Oklahoma and northeastern Texas — including for the Red River that serves as the border between Oklahoma and Texas.
