Two Katy men have been accused in the shooting death of a woman during a home invasion at her house in northwest Harris County earlier this year. Olen Ware II, 20, and Keaton Cooper, 21, are charged with capital murder in the death of Peggy Ariza on Aug. 23, according to a complaint filed by the Harris County District Attorney's Office.
