“Being Human” is the theme of the 2017 Pittsburgh Humanities Festival, and humor is high on the agenda, kicking off with writers from the satirical website The Onion at the Byham Theater, and followed there the next day by Bassem Youssef, often called the Jon Stewart of the Arab world.
