Six months after the fire that destroyed his condominium at 540 Devonshire Lane in Crystal Lake, Chris Temple still lives with his parents in Richmond. “It feels like I’m existing, but I’m not really living,” he recently told the Northwest Herald. Temple isn’t alone. The 19 other unit owners from 540 Devonshire still are displaced, as well.
