PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The long goodbye to the late Vincent A. "Buddy" Cianci Jr. began at 7:45 a.m. Saturday as the Nardolillo Funeral Home hearse bearing his body pulled up in front of City Hall. A dozen dark-coated friends and family from the funeral party were there to greet him.They lined up behind the hearse as the flag-draped coffin was rolled out.
