By William Moore Daily Journal CORINTH – A Northeast Mississippi cemetery will now be sold by public bid after years of financial uncertainty. Alcorn County Chancery Judge Michael Malski ordered the sale of Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Corinth after the original owner raided the trust account of almost $500,000. “We are hopeful this sale will restore stability and bring closure to families who have loved ones buried at Forrest Memorial Park,” says Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann.
