Allegiant Adding New Dayton Flight

Discount airliner Allegiant Air is adding a new flight from the Dayton International Airport. The airline will begin a flight to the Punta Gorda Airport in west central Florida, about 25 miles north of Fort Myers. This twice-weekly flight marks the third location for the carrier out of Dayton and its first service expansion since it announced in November it would come to the local airport. Allegiant will offer a one-way fare of $51 to Punta Gorda when service begins Nov.
