The legal dispute between Comcast and Altitude TV, blacking out local Avalanche and Nuggets games on the state’s largest cable provider, will continue after a federal judge partially denied Comcast’s motion to dismiss the case. Altitude, a Kroenke-owned independent regional sports network, argues that Comcast has negotiated with illegal business tactics that “make no economic sense” in a plot to buy or eliminate the RSN after their contract expired in September 2019.
