The Amazing Spider-man Planned As Trilogy

I watched both movies back to back and noticed some stuff. Both made in 1994. Both revolve around 2 men transporting a very valuable briefcase. In both movies, the main characters are responsible for accidental drug overdoses. (Vincent leaving the heroine in his coat pocket, and lloyd giving the hitman rat poison by mistake.) Both include similar scenes where somebody survives 6 shots fired from a close distance. Pulp Fiction Scene and Dumb and Dumber Scene Both have a short haired, rich, beautiful woman as a main character. (Pretty general but meh) Edit: And another one just ran across my mind..
