As in other parts of the U.S., Arizona's crisis centers are open 24 hours, seven days a week, and everyone is accepted. What makes Arizona's centers different is that police officers, the first to intervene in most behavioral health crises, are guaranteed a drop-off time of no more than 10 minutes.
