As a breeze blew along the sunny 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver on Saturday, a steady stream of mall-goers and art enthusiasts blew through the fourth annual ArtStir festival at Denver Pavilions. The exhibits, which wound down Glenarm Place and alongside 15th Street, were made up entirely of Colorado artists. “It’s what they say — location, location, location,” said John Haley, a blacksmith, paint and photography artist and exhibitor, about the benefits of setting up next to the 16th Street Mall.
