A revised apartment proposal with fewer units has been recommended for approval by the Wauwatosa Plan Commission. Developer John Czarnecki's new plan for 2100 N. Mayfair Road now calls for 99 apartments, down from 134 units, according to a WauwatosaNow.com article by reporter Rory Linnane.
