ASPEN, Colo. (AP) — Aspen Skiing Co. plans to build a $15 million affordable-housing complex in the western Colorado town of Basalt. The Aspen Times reported Friday the complex would have 36 units and a total of 148 bedrooms. Some of the units would be reserved for workers in Basalt, where the company has about 80 employees. Basalt is about 19 miles (31 kilometers) northwest of Aspen. Aspen Skiing Co.
