SYDNEY (AP) — Football Federation Australia says Hesterine de Reus has left her position of head coach of the Australian women's football team after 15 months. After reported complaints from the players over the Dutch coach's strict style, FFA began a review of her position two weeks ago. FFA chief executive David Gallop confirmed her departure Thursday but did not say whether de Reus quit or was asked to resign. He said Alen Stajcic, coach of the Sydney W-League team, was named interim head coach to lead the side for the Women's Asian Cup in Vietnam next month, after which a permanent head coach will be sought.Read more on NewsOK.com
