SELVA DI VAL GARDENA, Italy (AP) — Ramona Siebenhofer led the third and final training session Tuesday for a World Cup downhill. Seeking her first career victory, Siebenhofer finished 0.07 seconds ahead of Austrian teammate Stephanie Venier and 0.24 ahead of Tamara Tippler, another Austrian. The downhill race was scheduled for later Tuesday. Skier-snowboarder Ester Ledecka placed seventh after leading the second training session Monday. Nicole Schmidhofer, the Austrian who won the opening two downhills of the season in Lake Louise, Alberta, was 21st.
