Elizabeth Rex went outside her home of Memory Lane to play and did not return home, officials with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office said. Elizabeth is diagnosed with several disorders that cause her to interact on a 5-6 year old level, cause mental instability and occasional mental breakdowns in high stress environments, officials said.
