By Donita NaylorPROVIDENCE, R.I. -- A Barrington police sergeant was indicted Friday by a Providence County Grand Jury on one felony count of obstructing the judicial system and one count of cyberstalking, a news release from the Attorney General's office said Friday. Joseph Andreozzi, 46, of 100 Federal Rd., Barrington, is alleged to have harassed his ex-wife by electronic communications, the Attorney General's office said.
