The Belmont High girls basketball team defeated Winchester, 73-24 on Thursday, Dec. 20 at the Wenner Fieldhouse.The Marauders led throughout the game, holding a 36-7 lead at the half.When play resumed in the third quarter, Belmont scored 14 straight points. The Marauders added a 10-point run midway through the fourth quarter."That's a strong team, with three Division 1 players," said Winchester coach Johnna Fisher.
