One Spark organizers say the 2016 crowdfunding festival is going to be significantly smaller and shorter compared to the first three years of the event, which drew large crowds to downtown Jacksonville. The group’s board members and administrators Monday outlined their new festival plans, which they say also make strides to reduce the money pumped into the event by its main backer, Peter Rummell, local developer and chairman of the One Spark board. read more
