Gusting winds and persistent rain Wednesday night closed the Antioch Bridge — for the night — and a stretch of Highway 160 through the delta, shut the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near the Yolo-Sacramento county line and flooded lanes of highways and streets throughout the Bay Area. Highway 160, from Wilbur Road in Antioch to Highway 12 near Rio Vista, was closed about 6 p.m.
