(By Bruce Henderson, bhenderson@charlotteobserver.com) The county attorney is reviewing claims that some members of Mecklenburg's Waste Management Advisory Board have financial interests in the ReVenture Park waste-to-energy project, which the board is vetting.The board's chairman says four of the board's 20 members have told him they would recuse themselves from a vote on the project because of their ties to the project.
