Boeing has signed an agreement with Japan Airlines Co. to extend a spare parts management deal for another 10 years, the aircraft manufacturer said Wednesday. The agreement, which Japan Airlines made under Boeing’s "Gold Care Expendables" program, helps the airline cut its operating costs.
