Boulder’s second food hall, and the second location of Avanti F&B, will open on Pearl Street later this spring. There will be six restaurant stalls in the transformed Cheesecake Factory space, and three of those concepts were announced this week. Unlike Rosetta Hall, which has focused on lesser-known chefs and restaurateurs, Avanti Boulder’s first tenants are more familiar names around Denver and Boulder restaurants. RELATED: Rosetta Hall just brought eight new restaurants in one to Boulder Steve Redzikowski, owner and chef of Oak at Fourteenth, is opening a pizza counter called New Yorkese at the new hall.
