Boyce Says He Inherited Employee Who Launched Kickback Scheme

Responding to a report from current Treasurer Josh Mandel, Boyce said Amer Ahmad and other people who oversaw trades in the office were carryovers from Richard Cordray, whom he replaced when Cordray became attorney general.
