Bps Parents Group Aims To Shatter Funding Hierarchy

An activist group of Boston Public School parents is launching a campaign to shatter a long-standing hierarchy of parent association funding that they say leaves kids at poorer schools deprived of resources ranging from field trips, playgrounds and school dances to art and music programs.
