A criminal sexual conduct case involving a Brandon Township man and his pre-teen family member scheduled for trial this week in Oakland County Circuit Court has been sent back to Clarkston's 52-2 District Court for a preliminary exam.Shawn Wade Craft, charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under age 13, was bound over for trial last summer after waiving his right to a preliminary exam.
