CALAIS Mainer recognized for her work with NATO program Calais graduate Keseah Silverman has been honored with the NATO Chief of Staff Commendation for Exceptional Service Award, recognizing her for achievement in implementing NATO’s Defense Capacity Building Initiative at the Allied Command Operations, as well as for her involvement in developing strategic military partnership policies in support of NATO’s Alliance defense planning process. Silverman was recognized during a ceremony at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe in Belgium, NATO’s strategic headquarters.
