Broward Judge Imperato Faces Suspension, Fine Over Dui Arrest

Broward Circuit Judge Cynthia Imperato should be suspended from her job without pay for 20 days and pay a $5,000 fine following her conviction on drunk driving charges, but she should be allowed to keep her job, a panel of the state's Judicial Qualifications Commission recommended Monday.
