Considering building limits Hollywood only allows buildings to be 65 feet tall, or about five stories, on the beach, according to the plaintiffs’ attorney. But a developer, Condra Property Group, is trying to build a 17-story, mixed-use development with 282 units, including 114 affordable units at or below 120% of the median income.
