The endless series of old films being dusted off for small screen remakes next season continues this week as Paramount Television and producer Jerry Bruckheimer are teaming for a new TV series adaptation of 1980's crime drama "American Gigolo". Richard Gere and Lauren Hutton starred in the original about a shallow, narcissistic Los Angeles male escort.
