Burglary Suspects Implicate Each Other, Then Point The Finger At Victim's Son

SURGOINSVILLE — Two out of three Surgoinsville burglary co-defendants proved there is no honor among thieves Monday when they initially pointed the finger at each other and later implicated their victim’s son in an earlier theft.On March 11, Tracy Hammond of 111 Ridge Street, Surgoinsville, reported to the Surgoinsville Police Department that she returned home to find several items missing including jewelry valued at $4,000, two big screen TVs, a stereo, power tools and a laptop computer.
