Caviar tycoon Bill Holst added the Red Wing Golf Course to his sprawling business portfolio in 2016, a time when the private club was nearing bankruptcy and the owners were desperate for cash. Holst has since opened the course to the public, added a bed and breakfast and begun revamping the clubhouse's events space and restaurant.
