Business surges at Ford, GM in March as price war drives auto sales higher

Ford and GM report an increase of 43% for the month. And Honda is up 22% compared with a year ago as automakers keep pace with incentives offered by troubled Toyota. A price war sparked by Toyota Motor Corp.'s effort to regain sales lost to its recall and reliability woes sent auto sales surging in March.
