Carvana, an online auto sales company, is planning one of its so-called car “vending machines” near Interstate 4 and John Young Parkway. Plans filed with the city of Orlando show a 2.84-acre site at 3507 Rio Vista Ave., with a car storage tower and bays for delivery of the cars to customers.
