MONTICELLO - The Town of Thompson has approved recently proposed changes to the Montreign Resort Casino at Adelaar that will make the project bigger and swankier.The Town Board last month approved an amendment to the final site plan that would allow the casino at the former Concord Resort property off Exit 106 on Route 17 to expand its gambling area to 95,200 square feet from its original plan of 80,000.
