Charter School Plan For Oklahoma City Has Supporters, Detractors

They can walk their Labrador retrievers, Dallas and Roger, the five blocks to The Mule restaurant and bar or to Empire Slice House in the Plaza District. Conventional wisdom is that couples like the Appletons, when they start a family, will leave for the suburbs, where their children can attend schools with better reputations than Oklahoma City’s public schools.
