CHESTER >> A violent weekend in Chester has left one man dead, another in serious condition and a third man with a bullet wound to his foot.Police were dispatched to the 900 block of McDowell Street at 10 p.m. Friday for reports of gunfire in the area. They found the victim, identified by police as 23-year-old Dominic Shaheed George, on a walkway near the rear of a house.
