Beaumont to add 'In God We Trust' decals to city fleet

Beaumont City Council will add "In God We Trust" decals to the city's 185 fire, police and EMS vehicles but will not use city funds to pay for them.
Council member Robin Mouton, who proposed the decals, said adding the national motto to the vehicles is "very patriotic" and that she was motivated by seeing them in other cities.
"I just don't see any pushback," she said.
