Clifton Heights Honors Longtime Boys Club Volunteer

CLIFTON HEIGHTS >> Mayor Joseph Kelly honored Herbert "Skip" Barnes for his longtime affiliation with the Clifton Heights Boys Club at a recent borough council meeting.Kelly presented Barnes with an engraved plaque citing his accomplishments and copy of the resolution adopted by council."During his tenure with the Clifton Heights Boys Club he was an integral part of the club's management, serving on the board of directors for 32 years of service that included three terms as president, three terms as vice president and one term as treasurer," Kelly said.
