With a record number of children served last year, Clothe-A-Child's director has made it her mission to focus on increasing the program's donations to keep up with what she sees as a growing need of providing warm winter clothing and shoes to children in low-income families.Last year, 796 children applied and were qualified for a shopping spree of about $230 at Payless and Sears.
