Coast Guard finds overturned boat off Florida coast

One person is clinging to the wreckage, but it's not either of the two NFL players who were aboard the lost fishing boat. Rescuers have found one of the four missing boaters off Florida's Gulf Coast and he is "alive and talking," according to the St. Petersburg Times.
