Sen. Susan Collins said she is waiting to see the final version of the Republican tax plan until she makes her final decision on whether to support it. Making her remarks on the CBS Sunday new talk show “Face the Nation,” with host John Dickerson, Collins repeated concerns she raised last week about the competing versions of the House and Senate tax reform bills.
