The Wyoming Highway Patrol says 25-year-old Martin Anderson of Peyton, Colorado, along with a teenage boy were taken into custody Tuesday after a fourth round of stop sticks finally stopped the 2013 Dodge Charger he was driving near Elk Mountain, Wyoming. Highway Patrol spokesman Sgt. David Wagener says it was suspended twice — when Anderson swerved at multiple troopers and into oncoming traffic north of Rawlins and again when he entered the city limits.
