The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is soliciting public input on a draft of proposed rules regarding outdoor recreation with new Safer at Home guidelines due to be finalized on Thursday. The invitation to public comment came as Gov. Jared Polis issued an executive order on Monday relaxing restrictions on “high-risk” Coloradans — those 65 years old and older, along with those who have underlying health conditions — who were previously required to stay at home due to COVID-19.
