Colorado Rapids Add Two Homegrown Signees

The Colorado Rapids have been successful in recent years signing homegrown youth players such as Cole Bassett and Sam Vines. On Wednesday, they made two more such signings: 19-year-old midfielder Oliver Larraz and 16-year-old forward Darren Yapi, the youngest player in club history. They are the 13th and 14th Rapids Academy players to sign professional deals with the club. Yapi, a native of Colorado, joined the Rapids Academy at the age of 12.
