Now Facebook WILL allow under-13s access in bid to boost revenue

Facebook is for the first time planning to let under 13s sign up despite parental and privacy concerns. The social network wants to introduce controls for parents so youngsters can log on when they are old enough to work a mouse. One option being considered is a filter which allows mums and dads to decide who their children can 'friend' and which applications they can use.
