Ryan Michael Guesford is one of 12 co-defendants in an indictment filed by federal prosecutors last year following an investigation into their travel by car and airplane to Florida, Georgia and Tennessee to obtain and sell nearly 26,000 doses of oxycodone and other drugs. U.S. Attorney Bill Killian said in a release Friday that his office is committed to working to cut off the illegal supply of oxycodone and other prescription drugs to East Tennessee, and that criminal organizations involved in trafficking them will be aggressively prosecuted.
