A 17-year-old student critically wounded in last week’s suburban Pittsburgh stabbing spree is improving, and has been upgraded to fair condition, doctors said Thursday. Jared Boger was stabbed mere millimeters from his heart during the attack at Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville, Pa.
