A Liberty County judge and his wife were injured in a head-on collision with an alleged drunk driver near U.S. 90 Saturday morning County Judge Craig McNair and Lisa McNair were taken by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann Hospital after a 17-year-old driving a 2007 Ford Expedition veered into their lane and struck their 2012 GMC pickup shortly after midnight Saturday. The 17-year-old, found later at his home asleep, was charged with failure to stop and render aid, improper use of lights, and driving without a license.
